Embroidery Machinist (Barudan Machines)

Are you an experienced Embroidery Machinist with a passion for precision and detail? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team and take charge of operating our Barudan embroidery machinery to produce high-quality embroidered products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Barudan embroidery machines to meet production requirements.
• Select appropriate threads, needles, and backing materials for each design.
• Load and adjust embroidery patterns using software and machine settings.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machinery.
• Monitor production for quality assurance, ensuring stitching meets brand standards.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an embroidery machinist, ideally with Barudan machines.
• Strong understanding of machine setup, thread selection, and stitch quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret embroidery files and specifications.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing consistently high-quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or within a team.
