Location: Winchester, KY (primary) with travel to our Fayette County facility (10 mins from primary location)

To keep our operation running strong, were looking for a hands-on Machine Maintenance & Repair Technician to join our first-shift team.

Role Overview

This position focuses on the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialized production equipmentincluding embroidery machines, sewing machines, lasers, and heat presses. No prior experience with this equipment is required; well provide full training. What we do need is someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the curiosity to figure things out. If you enjoy problem-solving, tinkering, and keeping complex systems running smoothly, this role could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on embroidery machines, sewing machines, laser cutters, heat presses, and related industrial equipment.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose issues using machine operation, error messages, and operator input. Replace or adjust parts to restore performance.
  • Fine Adjustments: Handle precise calibrations, such as machine timing and small component alignments.
  • Inventory & Parts Management: Track repair parts and tools; research and order components as needed.
  • Quality Verification: Test-run equipment after service to ensure repairs meet production standards.
