Job summary

HS Design, Inc. is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer in Test to work on a greenfield medical device project in Bristol. You will develop structured testing strategies for embedded software and automate test processes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in embedded systems testing, proficiency in Python or C++, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. A hybrid working model is offered along with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing for embedded and/or Linux-based systems.
• Strong background in building automated test frameworks.
• Experience in regulated environments and testing communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test strategies for embedded software.

• Investigation of failures and support root-cause analysis.
