Troi is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist specialising in DV and SC clearance. The role is embedded with a client in London with a hybrid model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) and is full-time.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for DV/SC/security-cleared roles across defence, national security, government and related sectors. You will work with hiring managers to develop talent strategies and source hard-to-find candidates, advising on market conditions and timelines.

• Deep knowledge of DV and SC clearance market
• Experience recruiting security-cleared professionals
• Ability to advise stakeholders on hiring timelines and market conditions

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for DV, SC, and security-cleared positions.

• Direct source candidates through multi-channel networks.
