Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a System Test Engineer to define and conduct independent testing of software and hardware across onshore, offshore and transportation markets. You will work within the Global R&D organisation to ensure product quality from development through delivery.

You will produce test plans, design flexible environments, automate tests in Python, and lead manual and automated testing of embedded systems, with emphasis on Linux, networking, and VoIP integrations (SIP/Dante).

Qualifications

Embedded systems product testing experience.
Python scripting for automated tests.
Linux (Ubuntu) knowledge.
Networking knowledge.
Voice over IP knowledge (SIP and Dante).
Electronics knowledge.

Responsibilities

Produce test plans for software and hardware products.
Design flexible test environments to suit test plans and department requirements.
Automate tests using appropriate environment (scripting, user interfaces and test rigs).
Set up and conduct manual and automated testing on new or updated hardware and software.
Conduct internal training courses on new products and new product features.
