Job summary

Tedd Engineering Ltd is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join its established team. You will design, test and optimise real-time software across embedded platforms, from microcontrollers to HMIs using Qt/QML, ensuring reliability and performance in heavy machinery environments.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define requirements and milestones, write efficient code, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

5+ years of embedded software experience.
Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
Experience with Qt framework and QML.
Familiarity with CAN/LIN and embedded communications.
Experience with version control (SVN, Git).

Responsibilities

Design and develop safety-critical, real-time embedded software for large-scale mobile machinery.
Develop robust Qt/QML applications with efficient software architecture.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define requirements and milestones.
Write clean, maintainable code adhering to standards.
Diagnose and resolve issues in existing applications.
