Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a talented embedded software engineer to join a specialist team designing safety-critical software for autonomous systems in Oxfordshire.

You will work with C/C++ on real-time embedded platforms, contribute to software architecture, and help shape a growing space with real-world impact. Office attendance 3 days per week is expected, with hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong embedded software engineering background with C, C++ or similar.
• Positive about AI and its application within software engineering and robotics.
• Experience with real-time or embedded systems.
• Familiarity with regulated environments.
• Aerospace, defence, automotive or autonomous systems is highly desirable.
• Software engineering, Robotics, or similar education at degree level or higher.
