Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment in Oxfordshire is seeking a skilled embedded software engineer to design and develop safety-critical software for autonomous systems. You will work with a specialist team and contribute to software architecture.

The role requires office attendance 3 days per week, with hybrid working from Oxfordshire. Candidates with C/C++ and real-time embedded experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Strong embedded software engineering background with C/C++.
  • Experience with real-time or embedded systems.
  • Interest in AI applications within software engineering and robotics.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments.
  • Aerospace, defence, automotive or autonomous systems experience is desirable.
  • Degree-level or higher in software engineering, robotics, or related field.
