The Chip HAL team is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to build the next generation of networking products. This role offers the opportunity to work on technologies powering the world's largest cloud provider in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, mainly focusing on pre-silicon development activities such as ETH link management, DDR drivers, PCIe drivers, bootrom, and boot flow.

You will lead tasks involving peers from multiple disciplines and work on the core of the network engine at AWS.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development
• Fluent in C
• Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in embedded software development
• Experience with HW/SW interfaces at board and chip level
• Understanding of computer architecture
• Knowledge of network driver development and protocols
• Knowledge of SoC development lifecycle
• Experience working in Linux environments
