Embedded Firmware/Software Engineers - Multiple Levels

Location: Central Scotland

We're building a new embedded team for our global manufacturing client in Central Scotland, seeking engineers at Junior, Experienced, and Senior levels to help shape the future of their new product line.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Designing and developing embedded firmware in C/C++
  2. Collaborating with hardware, test, systems, and manufacturing teams
  3. Working with communication technologies: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, etc.
  4. Building smart, scalable, and secure code for high-quality connected products
  5. Supporting architectural decisions, reviews, and lab-based testing
What we're looking for:
  1. Embedded C/C++ experience (from 2 to 10+ years depending on role)
  2. Comfortable working with RTOS, debugging tools, and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, etc.)
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and interest in the full product lifecycle
  4. Passion for technology, quality, and collaboration
