Are you an Embedded Software Engineer looking for a technically challenging and rewarding role? We're hiring in Rochester, Kent, for an opportunity to work on innovative, safety-critical systems as part of a forward-thinking R&D team.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing reliable low-level firmware using Embedded C and FreeRTOS. You'll work directly with microcontrollers and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and develop embedded software using Embedded C
2. Work with FreeRTOS to develop real-time, low-level firmware
3. Interface directly with hardware, sensors, and microcontroller peripherals
4. Contribute to system integration, debugging, and testing
5. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality products

What we're looking for:

1. Proven experience as an Embedded Software Engineer
2. Strong hands-on experience with Embedded C and FreeRTOS
3. Solid understanding of microcontroller-based systems and real-time constraints
4. Familiarity with low-level hardware interaction and debugging tools
5. Experience in a safety-critical or regulated environment is a plus
