Embedded Software Engineer

Embedded Software Engineer - £35-45k - Maidenhead - On-site

My client is an established company in their niche providing product development services for a range of sectors. Due to sustained success, they're expanding their engineering team.

Main duties:

1. Developing bespoke firmware & software solutions
2. Staying on the cutting edge of technology by researching new techniques & technologies
3. Working across departments to integrate software & firmware with various platforms

Skills and Experience Required:

1. 2-4 years of experience working with medical devices/technology
2. Experience of OOP, embedded C/C++, and STM-32 microcontrollers (or similar)
3. Experience of BS EN 62304 medical device software
4. Experience with the full software development life cycle

Bonus:

1. Use of embedded systems; Arduino, Raspberry Pi, JTAG etc.
2. Bachelors in computer engineering, computer science, or relevant discipline
