Our client is a leading engineering and manufacturing company that provides both mechanical and electronic components for the MOD/Automotive and Oil and Gas industry.

Due to the increased demand, they are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join their product design team to develop software for microprocessor-based embedded systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge of real-time embedded systems and a solid understanding of professional software development.
  • Experience with wireless protocols is highly desirable, and an understanding of schematic diagrams would be an advantage.
  • Extensive knowledge of programming for embedded systems.
  • Configuring embedded peripherals on microcontrollers.
  • Interfacing to external devices using techniques such as GPIOs, SPI, I2C, and UARTs.
