Job summary

Expleo seeks an experienced Embedded Software Integration Engineer to support a DAL D to DAL A software assurance uplift. This role focuses on analysis and maintenance of an existing embedded software baseline, working within a multidisciplinary assurance team in a full-time on-site capacity.

Responsibilities include reviewing implementations against requirements, supporting static analysis campaigns, and implementing changes under strict configuration control on STM32 hardware.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Embedded software development background.
• Formal software engineering training desirable.
• Experience supporting static analysis and code quality assessment activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing embedded software against requirements and design artefacts.
• Develop and maintain implementation standards for DAL A assurance.
• Assess legacy components for standards compliance.
• Execute Polyspace BugFinder and CodeProver analysis results.
• Support resolution of software defects and traceability to Low-Level Requirements.
• Conduct software integration on STM32-based evaluation hardware.
