Job summary

Randstad Digital in Ipswich is seeking a QA Automation Engineer on a 12-month contract to join a high-performing Agile squad testing embedded firmware inside next-generation connectivity hardware, including broadband hubs and modems.

You will automate test cases using Robot Framework and Python, with hands-on Linux, Docker and VM infrastructure, and apply networking standards (FTTP, IPv4/IPv6) in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Automation using Robot Framework and Python.
• Experience testing embedded firmware and CPE devices.
• Hands-on Linux, Docker, and VM infrastructure exposure.
• Knowledge of Broadband/Gateway standards (FTTP, IPv4/IPv6).
