Job summary

Space is seeking an Embedded Linux Software Engineer to design, implement, and support embedded Linux components for space communication systems. You will work with ARM-based targets, leverage Yocto/Buildroot, and contribute to the software lifecycle from development to documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, rapid delivery, and maintaining high-quality embedded software that interfaces with Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART and USB hardware.

Qualifications

• Experience of full lifecycle embedded software development.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain the Beamforming Embedded Software products.
• Timely delivery of software for multiple product lines and customer projects.
• Maintain code quality using industry-standard tools.
• Contribute to evolution of design and product roadmap.
• Support automation tools and continuous integration methodologies.
• Take ownership of issues and engage with customers as appropriate.
• Produce documentation across concepts, designs, training materials, etc.
