Job summary

TSI Incorporated in Kempston, UK is seeking an Electronics Engineer to deliver defined electronics and embedded outputs for environmental monitoring products while developing toward full independent Electronics & Embedded Design Engineer capability. You will own scoped work from the outset with mentoring as you progress.

You will design, build, test and verify prototypes, record results, and ensure compliance with company procedures and the QMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics and embedded design.
• Ability to develop test plans and evaluate prototypes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver defined electronic and embedded development tasks or work packages to agreed requirements, quality and timescales.
• Produce and evaluate circuit designs and component selections.
• Build, bring up, troubleshoot and verify prototypes.
• Investigate design issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide timely engineering support to prototype and production builds.
• Work within QMS and regulatory requirements.
