Job summary

LINQ Psychology are working with a specialist school in the Walsall area who are looking to bring an Educational Psychologist into their team on a long-term basis. This is a slightly different opportunity to the statutory assessment work we regularly recruit EPs for.

The role focuses on embedding within the wider team, developing processes, implementing systems and supporting staff across two sites, with 1 day per week in the school.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Educational Psychologist with UK post-qualification experience.
• Experience within a school setting and ability to collaborate within a MDT.
• Interest in developing practice, systems and wider processes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing processes and systems across two school sites.
• Working within the school's internal MDT to provide specialist psychological input.
• Supporting staff wellbeing and embedding psychological approaches into everyday practice.
• Using EP expertise to strengthen provision and develop practice across the setting.
• Providing consultation, advice and guidance around individual, staff and wider organisational needs.
