Job summary

YOH SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking an experienced Systems Architect to define platforms, standards and the technical direction for future connected products. You’ll work at concept level, evaluating technologies, shaping security standards and guiding Product Managers in turning ideas into engineering reality.

This is not a hands-on development role; it requires strategic thinking, clear communication and influence over technical direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Embedded Systems Architecture and design.
• Knowledge of Embedded Linux or RTOS environments.
• Ability to document architectures and standards clearly.
• Understanding of security architecture within product platforms.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and standards.

Responsibilities

• Define platforms, standards and architectural direction for future products.
• Evaluate technologies at concept level to shape system designs and security requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to turn ideas into engineering reality.
• Avoid hands-on development; focus on strategic technical decisions and architecture governance.

Most embedded engineers spend their careers implementing other people's decisions.

This role is for the person who wants to make them.

A growing technology business is developing a new generation of connected security products and is looking for an experienced systems architect to define the platforms, standards and technical direction future products will be built upon.

You'll work at concept level, evaluating technologies, defining architectures, shaping security standards and helping Product Managers turn ideas into engineering reality.

This is not a hands-on development role.

It's a position for somebody who enjoys solving technical problems before they become projects.

You'll need experience in areas such as:

• Embedded Systems Architecture
• Embedded Linux and/or RTOS
• Hardware and Software Integration
• Security Architecture
• Technical Documentation & Standards

Experience within security products would be useful but isn't essential.

What matters most is the ability to think strategically, communicate clearly and influence technical direction.
