Job summary

Rainmaker seeks a Product Manager with 3-5 years’ experience to run day-to-day product operations across delivery streams. This embedded role sits with the engineering team and reports to the Head of Product, working closely with the CTO.

You will own the operational weight of getting things built—scope, tickets, sprint health, dependencies and information flow between business and engineering. You will support discovery, prioritisation and outcome metrics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience with end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch.
• Excellent ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
• Ownership of delivery, ensuring shipping products accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the roadmap for your product area, balancing customer value and delivery capacity.
• Lead discovery and define problems, scope, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own features from definition through to release and work with Design, Data, AI, Backend, Frontend and QA.
