Join our winning team of global superstars in summer 2025. Embassy Summer, under its parent company EC English, offers award-winning summer vacation programmes for young people across multiple locations including the UK, USA, Canada, Malta, UAE, and South Africa.

Students learn English or French while immersing themselves in local culture through language classes, excursions, and various activities. Established over four decades ago in Hastings, Embassy Summer has become a globally recognized brand dedicated to helping students succeed in a global community by fostering connections through language.

Position Summary:

Transfer Representatives are the first point of contact for students, greeting them on arrival and ensuring their safe transfer during their stay. This role involves assisting with arrivals and departures, ensuring safety, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and safeguard student welfare
  • Ensure student and group leader satisfaction
  • Maintain discipline, safety, and welfare standards
  • Assist with daily duties as instructed by management
  • Support student transfers at ports, check-ins, and departures
  • Chaperone unaccompanied minors until airline handover
  • Keep transfer communication devices on and attended during work hours
  • Remain calm and proactive in difficult situations
  • Coordinate with transport providers and centers
  • Support the Transfers Management team as needed

Organizational Compliance:

Operate according to the company's Code of Conduct, local policies, and health and safety regulations, including completing relevant training.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent
  • Valid First Aid Certificate (desired)
  • Experience working with minors and in customer service

Working Week and Remuneration:

6 days per week, approximately 42 hours, including evenings and weekends. Salary: £525 weekly, plus holiday pay and accommodation included.
