Your Team & Role



Our international banking client is seeking an experienced eMarkets Lead Support Analyst to join their London-based team within the Digital, Data, and Innovation division. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a diverse, close-knit, and globally connected organisation that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth. As an eMarkets Lead Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimising critical trading platforms for FX and Precious Metals, ensuring seamless operations for both internal users and external clients.


What you'll do:


* Serve as the primary point of contact for eMarkets application support and administration, delivering expert assistance from London to users across multiple global regions.
* Apply deep understanding of eMarkets business logic and operational models to ensure smooth functioning of FX and Precious Metals trading platforms.
* Respond promptly to technical issues raised by users, adhering to best practices and governance standards while ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed.
* Identify, assess, and communicate service requests effectively, managing user expectations with sensitivity and professionalism throughout the process.
* Participate actively in Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing for projects impacting eCommerce IT to ensure alignment with business requirements.
* Engage with vendors for troubleshooting, configuration enhancements, regression testing, and implementation of functional or administrative changes affecting business logic.



What you bring:


* Demonstrated experience in eMarkets support or client services roles within financial institutions focused on FX and Precious Metals trading platforms.
* Comprehensive knowledge of routing logic, venue prioritisation strategies, and latency-sensitive configurations essential for optimal trade execution.
* Proficiency in managing user access controls including roles assignment, entitlements management, and trading permission administration across complex systems.
* Clear communication skills enabling effective interaction with front office sales & trading desks as well as other business stakeholders; ability to articulate technical concepts in accessible terms.
* Solid understanding of trade processing workflows—including straight-through processing—for FX and Precious Metals products.
* Familiarity with third-party trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, TT or Ffastfill along with market data integration best practices.
* Hands-on experience with API integrations (including FIX onboarding) and web services relevant to electronic trading environments.
