Our client is seeking a hands-on Email Marketing Performance Analyst to own the performance, deliverability, and continual improvement of email programs across multiple automotive brands. This is a unique opportunity to blend marketing creativity with technical expertise, directly shaping how customers engage with high-impact campaigns. Your work will be highly visible and instrumental in driving measurable traffic and results.

Compensation

$85,000 – $110,000/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor and improve inbox placement, sender reputation, and authentication protocols.

Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other regulations.

Execute and optimize high-volume campaigns across leading ESPs.

Run A/B tests to maximize engagement and conversions.

Lead list acquisition, segmentation, and hygiene strategies.

Analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Troubleshoot technical issues with rendering, DNS, and domain setup.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

5-8+ years of similar experience.

Hands-on experience with major ESPs/CRMs (SendGrid, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable).

Proficiency with deliverability monitoring tools (Postmark, 250ok, Inbox Monster, or similar).

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and basic SQL or query building.

Experience improving inbox placement and engagement metrics.

Ability to clearly communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences.
