As we transition from scale-up to global market leader, we're looking for an Email Marketing Manager to help us connect with thousands of buyers efficiently and effectively through smart automation, tactical messaging, and innovative demand generation strategies.

The Role

We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager to take the lead with our email marketing strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases, and refining messaging and content to drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

This role is results-driven and focused on increasing the sales pipeline. To succeed, you'll need to:

  • Demonstrate strong HubSpot knowledge, including managing lists, workflows, data hygiene, email performance, and creating actionable email attribution reports to drive pipeline growth
  • Leverage technical expertise in email marketing to ensure deliverability, optimise inbox placement, and continuously enhance campaign performance
  • Execute scalable demand generation initiatives, including email marketing and outreach campaigns, to accelerate pipeline development and revenue growth

Our ideal candidate is a creative, analytical, and curious self-starter who can multitask and lead. You'll need to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and love representing the voice of our company to cultivate positive customer experiences. The role will work closely with other channel leaders to enhance the reach and impact of our customer engagement and adoption initiatives across all market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive strategy to increase engagement across all email streams, including nurture campaigns, demand generation, onboarding, transactional messages, and re-engagement
  • Own prospect and customer email communication development and execution, ensuring content relevancy, smart segmentation, and personalization to drive engagement and adoption
  • Leverage HubSpot expertise, including managing lists, workflows, data hygiene, email performance analytics, and creating actionable reports to drive pipeline and marketing performance
  • Plan and execute ongoing testing (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email performance and user engagement, aligned with key KPIs
  • Develop and implement scalable demand generation campaigns, including outreach efforts, to accelerate pipeline growth
  • Monitor email deliverability and inbox placement to ensure optimal performance, addressing any technical challenges
  • Provide ROI and email attribution reports to the wider management team, leveraging dashboards and data insights to prioritise initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness

Requirements
About You:

  • Proven track record of managing and developing automated email lifecycle campaigns, with the ability to integrate email with other marketing channels
  • Expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, data management, and reporting
  • Experience in demand generation, including running large-scale email marketing and outreach campaigns
  • Strong technical knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, inbox placement, and email performance optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and manage revenue-generating activities
  • Exceptional copywriting skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in mapping customer journeys and aligning automated campaigns to user behaviors
  • Strong understanding of customer data segmentation and leveraging key trigger points for engagement
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across different teams and scenarios
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and organized, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Inquisitive and eager to learn, self-motivated to drive innovation and results
