SetSales, based in London, is seeking an Email Channel Manager to lead our email marketing initiatives and maximize revenue from our CRM. You will work with the marketing team from our London HQ, with no remote option, and collaborate closely with the CEO on marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segment databases, and maximise revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database.
• Copywrite and design emails and campaigns to drive focus towards our events (webinars and conferences).
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with Content and Sales to reach the right target group.
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing the marketing inbox.
