Job summary

HRtechX in London is seeking an Email Content Manager to own content marketing and campaigns. You will manage email programs, segment databases, and drive revenue through CRM activities, webinars, and events.

You will work closely with the CEOs on our marketing execution from our London HQ, with none of the roles remote and strong growth opportunities. The role offers hands-on experience in a startup, a competitive salary, and a trajectory of internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Have acquired a bachelor’s or master's degree with outstanding results.
• Have a UK work permit.
• Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Are an excellent communicator in English, writing and verbally with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database.
• Copywrite and design emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards events (e.g. webinars and conferences) with the Graphic Designer.
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to reach the right target group.
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox.
