A leading supermarket chain in the UK is looking for a communications specialist responsible for delivering customer-focused and engaging communications. This role is office-based with a hybrid working model, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and experience in multi-channel campaign management. Flexible working is encouraged alongside a commitment to inclusivity.
This role is responsible for delivering customer focused, technically excellent, engaging and relevant communications that serve our customers a little better everyday. Working with Direct Customer Communications Managers and cross functional teams.
This role is office based in Welwyn Garden City with hybrid working from the office 3 days per week minimum subject to change.
