Job description

This role is responsible for delivering customer focused, technically excellent, engaging and relevant communications that serve our customers a little better everyday. Working with Direct Customer Communications Managers and cross functional teams.

This role is office based in Welwyn Garden City with hybrid working from the office 3 days per week minimum subject to change.

  • Planning and delivery of Email and Mobile campaigns for Tesco and Tesco Group comms.
  • Working with managers and the Personalisation team to orchestrate relevant, high performing customer journeys.
  • Building strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Writing technically excellent briefs and manage the production process through to QA.
  • Managing end to end delivery of campaigns and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to create, build and deploy as required.
  • Responsible for critical paths, ensuring deadlines are met and risks managed.
  • Defining and scoping audience targeting and reporting.
  • Supporting test & learn plans to optimise performance of cross channel comms.
  • Manage and share reporting post campaign, using insight to continually improve performance.
  • Being a custodian of the Tesco brand.
  • Following our business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.

  • Experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns across direct mail, email and mobile.
  • Experience of ESPs and personalisation platforms.
