Working pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

We are working with a D2C ecommerce brand experiencing growth following a successful acquisition. They are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to develop and execute targeted campaigns that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. In this role, you’ll manage the email marketing plan, optimise personalisation, collaborate with teams for consistent messaging, and analyse performance data to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing.
2. Enhance personalised communication across all channels.
3. Collaborate on customer lifecycle strategies to boost retention and conversion.
4. Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. 1+ years of CRM and email marketing experience.
2. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
3. Experience in database management, list segmentation, and contact targeting.
4. Experience creating and sending email marketing communications.
5. Proficient in CRM and ESP platforms.
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
