As an Email Developer you will be responsible for the development of email marketing campaigns for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create email templates with mobile responsive functionality
• Ability to hand code standards-compliant code
• Follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases
• Translate UI designs/wireframes into pixel perfect code
• Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets
• Work with designers, producers, QA and other development team members and manage time across multiple projects and tasks in a deadline-driven, team environment
• Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to deliver projects on time

SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience coding email templates using HTML and CSS
• Email client limitations and workarounds
• Media queries and mobile specific coding
• Attention to detail is a must
• Experience using command line tools
• HTML templating syntax such as Handlebars/EJS
• Experience with CRM platforms and templating languages such as Liquid / Golang
• Experience using testing tools such as Litmus/Email on Acid
• Source version control software (Git, CVS, SVN)
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Figma or Sketch is desirable
