Email & CRM Marketing Executive
Location: Brandesburton (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: Circa £35,000
Department: Marketing
Reporting to: Head of Marketing

I'm looking for an experienced Email & CRM Marketing Executive to join my clients growing team in Brandesburton. If you're confident with email automation, CRM management, and campaign reporting, this could be the perfect next step.

You'll lead on developing and delivering email campaigns, managing automation flows, and keeping our CRM systems sharp and effective. It's a hands-on role with the opportunity to shape strategy and drive real results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage automated email flows across the business
  2. Oversee newsletters via email and LinkedIn
  3. Manage HubSpot automation, trigger emails, and live chat flows
  4. Maintain an accurate CRM database, working closely with Business Development
  5. Build campaign landing pages via HubSpot
  6. Report on email performance and suggest improvements
  7. Support wider marketing activity when needed
What You'll Bring:
  1. 3+ years' experience in email marketing
  2. Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo and HubSpot
  3. CRM experience (IFS knowledge a bonus)
  4. Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  5. Comfortable with data and reporting
