Seaham Hall is seeking a Marketing Executive (Email & Content) to join our marketing team, working across Seaham Hall and Luxury Lodges. Based at Seaham Hall in County Durham, you’ll craft website copy, build email campaigns, and drive content that inspires bookings.

You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other executives, ensuring on-brand content, data-driven insights, and a flexible, proactive approach across channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Excellent written English with copywriting examples.
• Knowledge of WordPress (CMS).
• Experience using an email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Dotdigital or similar).
• Some familiarity with Google Analytics would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Canva, with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) desirable.
• Basic HTML knowledge would be an advantage.
• Understanding of CRM systems, data segmentation and GDPR would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to our resorts, with a full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsabilités

• Update and manage content across multiple websites, including copy, imagery, offers and landing pages.
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for websites, emails, blogs, brochures, paid ads and promotional materials.
• Write, build and schedule email campaigns and newsletters.
• Input and update email and customer content in the CRM.
• Work on projects for individual resorts, creating marketing assets and delivering mini campaigns.
• Support residences and lodge sales marketing with web content, email campaigns and sales materials.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for design, print and web agencies, managing projects, timelines and asset delivery.
• Pull website and email performance data to feed into marketing reports.
• Proofread and edit content for consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are applied across both brands and channels.
• Deliver website and email elements of campaigns across both brands from briefs.
