Job summary

Seaham Hall is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and manage content and email campaigns for Seaham Hall and Luxury Lodges. You will craft on-brand copy for websites, emails, blogs and brochures, while coordinating campaigns across two luxury brands.

You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Manager and senior team to expand skills, optimise content and drive bookings through engaging digital experiences. Hybrid role, with photography and analytics responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
• Excellent written English with copywriting examples
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS
• Experience using email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Dotdigital or similar)
• Basic HTML knowledge would be an advantage
• Understanding of CRM systems, data segmentation and GDPR would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Update and manage content across multiple websites, including copy, imagery, offers and landing pages
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for websites, emails, blogs, brochures, paid ads and promotional materials
• Create, build and schedule email campaigns and newsletters
• Input and update email and customer content in the CRM
• Coordinate marketing assets and mini campaigns for individual resorts
• Support sales and marketing with web content and email campaigns
• Liaise with design, print and web agencies to manage projects and timelines
• Arrange external photography and videography
• Analyse website and email performance data to inform reports
• Proofread content for accuracy and brand tone across channels
