Job summary

Future Publishing Limited is seeking a dedicated Editorial Email professional to help drive the performance of our editorial newsletters. You will work closely with Editorial, Ecommerce, Audience Development, as well as Product and Technology teams to enhance the editorial email portfolio.

You will report to the Director of Editorial Email and leverage data, audience insights and experimentation to identify opportunities to grow engagement, audiences and revenue through the email channel.

Job description

The Editorial Email team is a global team within the wider Audience function, operating in the B2C division at Future. As a member of the Email team, you'll be a key central function within the business, working closely with Editorial, Ecommerce, Audience Development, Product and Technology teams to drive the success of our editorial email portfolio.

What you'll be doing…

Reporting to the Director of Editorial Email, you'll be responsible for driving the performance, growth and commercial impact of our editorial email newsletters. Using data, audience insights and experimentation, the role will identify opportunities to increase engagement, grow email audiences, and drive traffic and revenue through the email channel.

• Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
• Experience developing and managing experimentation and A/B testing
• Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems and continuously improving performance
• Understanding of email marketing, audience development and digital content performance
