Job summary

Future is seeking a proactive Email Ad Operations professional in Bath for a hybrid role combining three days in the office and two from home. You’ll execute email campaigns, monitor ROI, and work closely with a Client Service Account Manager to ensure campaigns meet best practices and deliver value across an assigned portfolio.

Experience with ad tech, Salesforce, and HTML/CSS is essential, with a strong emphasis on accuracy at scale and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with proprietary ad tech and ad serving basics.
• Familiar with HTML and inline CSS; knowledge of Google Ad Manager is a plus.
• Ability to scale work across many clients with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Job description

What you'll be doing…

Reporting to the Email Ad Operations Manager, you'll be at the front line of ad campaign execution in partnership with a Client Service Account Manager.

You’ll focus on campaign success from closed won to renewal, and in the daily management of campaigns, ensuring campaigns are executed according to best practices, and that there is a daily focus on Return Of Investment for our clients, across their assigned portfolio.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

• Systems proficiencies: Proprietary ad tech, Salesforce, Litmus, Real Time Email, Canva
• Good command of HTML and in-line CSS; familiarity with Google Ad Manager a plus
• General knowledge of ad serving principals, common third party ad servers, tags, tracking as it relates to pacing, volume, revenue impacts
• Ability to be fast and accurate at scale across a large array of clients
• Good level of written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
