My client is a global homeware brand based in the US, looking to establish a CRM team in the UK. They offer a fully remote working model. Their innovative product provides consumers with a unique solution that saves time and money, making everyday life easier.

They are seeking a CRM Manager to lead their CRM initiatives in the UK for the first time, welcoming candidates at the executive level, even without management experience.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with the EU team to coordinate campaigns from inception to completion. Your responsibilities include managing promotions, creative processes, and email calendar planning. You will work closely with the marketing team at HQ to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company priorities.
