Job Description:
Join Mars as a EM Operations Leader
Location: Slough, UK or Veghel, Netherlands
12 month fixed term contract

What we are looking for:
A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of supply chain and procurement best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills — you're great at building relationships across teams.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
A curiosity to learn, adapt, and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations with our External Manufacturers in Europe, proactively resolving challenges that could impact service.
Lead regular supplier performance meetings to ensure smooth and effective partnerships.
Oversee the implementation of new suppliers and new activities with existing suppliers.
Drive continuous improvement across service, cost, efficiency, and quality.
Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to keep things running smoothly.
Own the full Procure-to-Pay cycle, working closely with our Central Service Team to streamline processes.
