Join our Team as a Senior Project Manager
Location: Oundle (near Peterborough)
Job type: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Salary: Competitive Salary (dependent on experience)

We need someone like you who takes a “get it right the first time” approach to projects, and who faces a challenge with confidence, all while inspiring and directing their project team to perform safely and to the best of their abilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Liaise directly with customers throughout all stages of a project or programme, including their internal design and management teams
- Prepare, review, and present detailed technical proposals and quotations for bespoke control systems, including tendering activities, cost estimation, and negotiating pricing for work, rework, and variations
- Provide technical supervision for system design, build, and installation teams
- Review control system designs and testing to ensure compliance with agreed specifications, applicable standards, and legislative requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant Health & Safety procedures
- Prepare and deliver project reviews and evaluations, including earned value analysis, to Eltek/Actemium management
- Lead team development, ensuring skills progression aligns with business objectives
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to strengthen existing client relationships and identify future site requirements
- Conduct on-site customer visits as required
What you bring:
- Good to high level of software knowledge and experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA coding, integrated system testing of application software and industrial hardware, machinery safety design and standards, and on-site commissioning of control systems
- Successful team leadership and management experience, encouraging skill development
- Ability to understand and produce control system design documents
- Qualified to HNC/HND/degree level in a relevant discipline or substantial experience in system integration
- Ability to develop and maintain key relationships with customers and internal personnel
