About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support ongoing projects in the UK and internationally. The role involves ensuring the delivery of projects from conceptual design to installation and commissioning, within specified time and budget constraints.

The successful candidate will manage project documentation, including planning and progress reports, and will hold regular meetings with project teams and liaise with third parties.

Main Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Manage conceptual design to match customer specifications, software integration, installation, and commissioning.
3. Prepare planning and progress reports.
4. Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams and liaise with third parties.
5. Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The Person

• Experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Customer-facing experience, including liaising with suppliers and clients.
• Proven track record in managing quick turnaround technical projects.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
