Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is hiring an Editor to lead a portfolio of print and digital publishing projects. You will manage content development, coordinate with freelance teams, and ensure copy accuracy while meeting timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or proven comparable experience.
• CELTA / TESOL qualification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of ELT pedagogy and English language learners.
• Willingness to learn publishing; some prior experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong editorial administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with a variety of editorial and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support test publishing projects in print and digital formats.
• Collaborate with freelance teams; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Perform copy/content editing, digital checks, and QA.
• Develop content with consideration for customer needs and quality standards.
• Work with a global team to deliver innovative educational products.
