Key responsibilities will include:

1. Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements requiring organizational change.
2. Development of business requirements to address problems and opportunities.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs and expectations.
4. Supporting the creation of business cases to justify investments.
5. Conducting feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
6. Supporting reports on project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
7. Creating operational and process designs within scope.
8. Supporting change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix for successful implementation.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with the ELK stack, technical delivery, and providing technical leadership. Experience with Splunk, databases, MQ, Kafka, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and payments domain knowledge would be advantageous.
