Key responsibilities will include:

1. Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change within the organization.
2. Develop business requirements to address problems and opportunities.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs and expectations.
4. Support the creation of business cases justifying investment in proposed solutions.
5. Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of solutions.
6. Support reporting on project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
7. Create operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within scope.
8. Assist in change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix for successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ELK technology stack, technical delivery, and provide technical leadership to the build team. Experience with Splunk, databases, MQ, Kafka, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and payments domain knowledge would be advantageous.
