Key responsibilities will include:

1. Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organization.
2. Development of business requirements to address problems and opportunities.
3. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs and expectations.
4. Supporting the creation of business cases to justify investments in solutions.
5. Conducting feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
6. Creating reports on project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
7. Designing operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within scope.
8. Supporting change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix for successful implementation.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with the ELK technology stack and technical delivery, providing leadership to the build team. Experience with Splunk, databases, MQ, Kafka, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and payments domain knowledge would be advantageous.
