Key responsibilities will include:

1. Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organization.
2. Development of business requirements to address identified problems and opportunities.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs and expectations.
4. Supporting the creation of business cases to justify investments in proposed solutions.
5. Conducting feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed solutions.
6. Supporting the creation of reports on project progress to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Creating operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within scope.
8. Supporting change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix for successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ELK Technology stack, technical delivery, and the ability to provide technical leadership to the team. Experience with Splunk, databases, MQ, Kafka, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and payments domain knowledge would be advantageous.
