Job summary

Derby County Football Club Women are seeking a Women's Performance Coach to lead the Physical Performance program for the Senior Women's team at Moor Farm Training Centre, delivering fitness, conditioning, nutrition and Sports Science strategies with a dotted line to the Academy's department.

You will provide expert sport science support to players and staff, assist the Medical team with RTT/RTP where relevant, and lead pre/post-season testing and off-season programs to maximise athletic

Qualifications

• Experience delivering elite football performance programs.
• Ability to collaborate with medical and academy staff.
• Knowledge of nutrition and sports science strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming and delivery of the Physical Performance for the Senior Women's team.
• Support pre/post season testing and screening.
• Assist the Medical department with RTT and RTP where relevant.
• Ensure players are available to play at the highest physical level.
