Job Overview

Mitie is looking for an Elite Support Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while providing a high-profile visual presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour on colleagues and customers. Travel may be required up to 30 miles from your home address to service various client sites.

Requirements:

• A current valid SIA licence.
• A full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Full 5-year checkable employment/education history.
• Minimum 1 year retail security experience.

Main duties include:

• Delivering industry-leading customer service across various client locations.
• Creating a safe environment free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
• Managing anti-social behaviour and building relationships with local crime partnerships.
• Engaging with the public by providing a welcoming presence.
• Supporting visitors with queries in a friendly manner.
• Supporting police and crime partnerships to reduce crime.
• Wearing Body Worn CCTV where applicable to support crime reduction and safety.
