Mitie is seeking an Elite Support Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high-profile visual presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour on colleagues and customers.

Travel is required up to 30 miles from your home address to service various client sites.

Requirements include:

• A current valid SIA licence.
• A full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Full 5-year checkable employment/education history.
• At least 1 year of retail security experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver industry-leading customer service across various locations.
• Create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime.
• Manage anti-social behaviour and collaborate with local crime partnerships.
• Engage with the public, providing a welcoming presence.
• Assist visitors and the public politely and friendly, demonstrating excellent customer service.
• Support police and crime partnerships to reduce crime in stores.
• Wear Body Worn CCTV where applicable to support crime reduction and safety.
