Elite Support Officer

Pay rate: £15.30ph

Location: High Wycombe, Slough, Reading, Basingstoke, with occasional shifts in Oxford and Banbury (enhanced rate for travel)

Hours: Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week

Job Overview

Mitie is seeking an Elite Support Officer who can provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high-visibility presence to reduce anti-social behaviour impacting colleagues and customers.

Travel may be up to 35+ miles from your home to various client sites.

You Must Hold

• A current valid SIA licence.
• A full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Access to your own vehicle.
• A full 5-year checkable employment/education history.

Main Duties

• Deliver industry-leading customer service across multiple client locations.
• Create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime, for customers and colleagues.
• Manage anti-social behaviour and collaborate with local crime partnerships.
• Engage with the public by providing a welcoming presence.
• Assist visitors and the public with queries in a friendly manner, demonstrating excellent customer service.
• Support police and crime partnerships in crime reduction efforts.
• Wear Body Worn CCTV (where applicable) to support crime reduction and safety.
