Job description

Loughborough College’s Elite Sport department, with over 2,000 learners, offers a wide range of provision up to L4 qualifications, including study programmes, apprenticeships, international, adult programmes, and the Diploma in Sporting Excellence.

We are seeking an Elite Sport Esports Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and learning to elite sport learners through face-to-face and online methods. The successful candidate will monitor learner progress to ensure target grades are achieved and all learners reach their potential.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience in Esports, a relevant degree, and a teaching qualification. Experience in further education or similar roles within industry is required. Additionally, experience in elite sport, preferably in motorsport, and working within talent pathways or high-performance environments is desirable.

This role requires working at Loughborough College and other offsite locations, so a full, valid driver’s license and the ability to travel are necessary.

You should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, work effectively with partners, and have excellent planning and administrative abilities.
