Qualifications

• Experience in a recognized disputes or private wealth disputes practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of contentious trusts and private wealth litigation.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.

Responsibilities

• Managing contentious private wealth matters from inception through to resolution.
• Drafting clear legal advice and court documentation.
• Contributing to articles, legal updates, and thought leadership initiatives.
