Job summary

Sonder Consultants is seeking a qualified UK private equity solicitor to join its London Private Equity Transactions practice. You will advise leading sponsors, funds and portfolio companies on a broad range of complex sponsor-led transactions, with exposure to LBOs, acquisitions and cross-border matters.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years PQE at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
• Experience advising on private equity transactions, including LBOs, acquisitions, disposals.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience managing transactions and working with sponsors and sophisticated clients.
• England & Wales qualified, or equivalent qualification with relevant UK PE experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise sponsors, investment funds and portfolio companies on private equity transactions.
• Work on leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, disposals and other sponsor-led mandates.
